On February 5th, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted a Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draw, extending invitations to 4,000 candidates to apply for Permanent Residency. To be eligible for this draw, candidates needed to have been in the Express Entry pool on or before November 14th, 2024, and possess a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score of 521.
